Grief over the diagnosis and loss of who were is normal. Mine manifested itself differently, but everyone's grief is different. I would suggest talking with a professional to help guide you through this difficult time if you can (online counseling is so convenient these days). If that's not possible, continue to create a support network. You are not alone, and although fibro feels like it defines you much of the time, remember you are still you and you are loved for who you are.

This is exactly what I got before I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. I have severe anxiety well I did I'm on medication now but yes I remember that every morning it's horrible .
