What you have is a very tight group of.muscles. I have one in my right arm. A massage therapist worked on it for a few sessions without success. Try something to relax your muscles . L theanine, electrolytes, ashwagandha.

Yes, I have that every day. I put CBD cream on it morning and night and that helps quite a bit.

My husband pounds on my calf muscles and that seems to break up the tightness. Maybe if you had someone who could massage your calves it would help. I am a walker and if I don't walk at least every other day, they get really tight.

Are your electrolytes low? I know you have been traveling which leads to dehydration. Follow the advice given above.

There is a product called Villages therapies. They are bath salts and one of them is for muscles. They have different kinds for different issues. Last time I looked they weren't expensive. Mind you, it is only temporary and some may not find it helpful. Everyone's body is different. I usually use them in a hot bath and stay in for 20 minutes or more, get out and then use my muscle rub which is natural and I'm okay for several hours. Just a suggestion.
