I had one the other night and thought it might deal with our illness. I simply asked my hubby to distract me from it. Hope u can help.
God bless!

No really believes because it’s not something people can see and it’s not recognized by many doctors!! Every rheumatologist in my city won’t see me as they say it’s not treatable but the symptoms are!!! I worked for years with many doctors and there wasn’t many I liked or respected but there are some out there!! At least I pray so!! I think if we didn’t hurt so bad we could change the world!! I’m sending prayers and would love a few myself!! Love Julie 🥰

I've not had full body spasms but I do get spasms in my arms, legs and stomach. There is one other place under my right breast along the ribs that spasms frequently and I almost double over. But every now and then my ribs around the bra line and all the way around hurt like I've been a punching bag or slept on concrete. But my bed is very comfy and cozy...not hard. I understand your question but how do you handle a full body spasm?
I take extra potassium and magnesium because it heard if your body was low in them it could cause spasms. You might check with your Dr.
May God bless you with a ease of pain and stress day. 💖🙏💖

I have had some success with Hyland's leg cramp tablets. They have quinine as a main ingredient. I'm going to quote from an article from Saltwrap.com regarding Research Review/ Nocturnal Leg Cramps from October 2024. "People who suffer from nocturnal leg cramps have other key nutrient deficiencies and neuro-muscular dysfunctions...Nocturnal Neuromuscular Imbalance (N.N.I.) Magnesium Glycinate should be used immediately before bed (in combination with the key nutrients discussed below). Vitamin B6, GABA, and 5-HTP (are two amino acids that support relaxation and healthy sleep habits.) Melatonin is a naturally occurring compound secreted by the pineal gland in the human body, commonly used in supplement form to reduce symptoms of "Jet Lag" and fall asleep faster...supplementation can help re-establish their disrupted Circadian Rhythm." This article also promotes their own product Mag R&R, but I have not tried it yet. YET. I'll try the supplements first. I didn't know that Melatonin "also correlated with reduced body weight." I guess I know why I've been losing weight recently.
