Hi Peter! I don't think we're a sorry group of people. Think of us as fighters trying to endure an enemy that has given us a real challenge to keep on going in spite of all the complications and pain we have. You are a fighter too. We all forge on and do our best to deal with fibro and never give up hope. This group is filled with wonderful people and support for each other. We need each other because we know we're not alone. That's a blessing and very important. Hang in there. Sending you a hug.

I find that going down the stairs is harder than going up.

Yes, at times. Since my fall, I'm having more balance issues, at times.

Always use a handrail, if available, and take your time. If I felt dizzy, or in danger of falling, I'd sit down, if possible.

Sure do. One step at a time. Crab walk down stairs.

Yes I do, my muscles feel really weak and not able to take my weight up to the next step. It can be embarrassing 😳
