You poor thing. You could be causing yourself more pain, because it’s probably your body saying to rest. I know easier said than done. I hope you find some relief & I hope to chat again!!

You could do a Dr's note saying you need accommodations and use intermittent short term disability and fmla to work out the difference. My work worked with me without the paperwork.

I used to to do bedside care 12 hr shifts. I now use my clinical knowledge and work an office job. My fatigue is bad enough that I clock out mid day, rest, clock back in and do more of my work. At my job 32 hours to 40 hours is full time. So I work 5 days about 6 hours a day to get that 32 hours to maintain full time for pay and insurance purposes.
