A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

I was taking gummies but it’s hard cuz I’ve got tmj. So I was curious what my other women are taking. A pill to swallow or a gummy. Is ur expensive or cheap?
God bless!

I take Women's Centrum 50+ and have been for 21 years. I also take 50,000 IU a week of vitamin D. You are not supposed to take your vitamin within 2 hours of any other medication. I never remember to do that. Some meds can affect the vitamins you take and vice versa.
I've tried multiple brands then I finally asked my pharmacist what the difference is between brands and why some are so much more expensive. He said they are all basically the same. One may have added herbs etc. Some claim sourcing vitamins from some exotic place etc.If you still have gummies left take it with water like you would a pill.

That is good question I read gummies vitamins lack compared to pills. And muti vitamins have too little vitamins go with few separately.
