Lately, I found some adidas socks but the material makes makes my feet sweat. I’m wondering if I should switch to cotton during the day.
Please, need advice !
God bless all

Members offered lots of helpful advice on finding comfortable socks for fibromyalgia, with bamboo and cotton standing out as the most recommended materials for keeping feet cool, soft, and comfortable. Several members shared that bamboo socks, especially seamless and wide-toe styles found on Amazon, were game changers for sensitive feet, while others swore by organic cotton, merino wool, or layering for warmth. A recurring theme was the importance of finding socks without seams, with a loose fit, since sensitivity, neuropathy, and other conditions make comfort a real daily challenge.

I’m very picky with socks. I like Nike Everyday Cotton Cushioned socks.

Yes. Socks all day. Lol
I rarely have sweaty feet. My face and scalp all the time 😭
But I do have some lightweight cotton that I use most of the time, and fuzzy slippers if it's cold.
I had wool socks but couldn't stop itching so gave those away.
Good luck. Cotton is a safe bet😉
Love,
Deb 😘

I rarely wear socks. Winter is cold here. I like Smart Wool for everyday use. They have wool, cotton and Im guessing others. The are slightly snug, not uncomfortable tho. You can read more on their website.
Inside during winter I have ugg slippers. I have a pair of mules and one that looks like a loafer or driving shoe. The have a non slip sole so I wear them outside too. High quality socks and shoes make all the difference. Both cotton and Bamboo breathe well, they are good choices.

I always have a hard time to find the perfect size/quality socks. I like Merinos Wool Socks, don't forget to let them dry on a line inside or so. In my region the weather may drop drastically in the same day, so we go with Layer Instead, opt for breathability and quick drying by choosing materials like merino wool, polyester or fleece, which will keep you comfortable and dry. I wear size 5.5 shoes.
