How Do You Define A Fibromyalgia Flare? Are There People Diagnosed With Fibromyalgia That Have Times Without Pain?

We hear of Remission, I define that as no pain. I assumed a "flare" was when fibromyalgia came back. Curious because Ive never not been in pain since my symptoms originially developed in 2012. I am also wondering how others labeled w/ disease live their life? I wonder how many of us have something else wrong that was missed.
