Has Anyone Heard Of Or Have Durcum's Disease As It's Related To Fibromyalgia?

When I have a Fibromyalgia flare up I get lumps under my skin. They are very painful and have to be treated with prescription 5% lidocaine patches. Sometimes body shots, sometimes shots at the pain points. My arms sometimes look like a roller coaster. My lumps are on my upper shoulders, both arms, the middle and lower of my back, and sometimes on my thighs. No one can touch them because I will cry out in pain. Curious...Are they lipomas?
I've had a couple but not THAT painful. Had them removed, no problem but have read they're more common with fibro (I don't understand the correlation on that!)
