Can You Find Me A General Practioner In South Lake Tahoe That Is Understanding To Fibro
Have problem walking distances some days , also need anxiety drug , my 20 yr GP turned me down for Valium as I was close to panic attack , also turned me down for handicapp plaque, need someone more understanding to what they can not see !
I have a talented older neurologist that treats my fibro and other health issues. Maybe you could find a neurologist who treats a variety of illnesses. Hugs & prayers.

My neighbor does this. She's not been dx with fibro, but, in my opinion/experience, she has it. She has a lot of the symptoms. Her insurance helped to rule out MS, but, that was about all.

If I try to run I fall down. If I lift something too heavy my arms just quit and I drop it. Carrying my groceries in my home I can drop the groceries and fall down at the same time. I tried to lift a ham out of pot on Sunday and dropped it back into the boiling water scalding myself.
Sorry this is happening to you. It sounds like you need some physical therapy and strength training. It will hurt but is better on the other side.

I Got Shingles In 2007 On My Scalp. Have Had Post Neuropathy Pain Ever Since. I Can Tell When I'm Getting Too Stressed When Scalp Pulsates.
Also, my thyroid levels are low. Waiting on blood work to determine dosage of thyroid med. Are fibromyalgia and low thyroid levels connected????
