I've answered this question before, but I'll answer it again in case you didn't see it.

After spending a considerable amount on prescription shampoos and over the counter shampoos recommended by my doctor, I saw an online ad for DermaKB scalp detoxifier. I bought a bottle and after a short time my scalp sores disappeared and it no longer itched and burned. That was several years ago. I've recently started using a second bottle. I use it again any time I notice itching. It's only available through the manufacturer so far, so you need to Google it.
