Tinglng Sensation In Lower Back

wondering if this happens to anyone else? as soon as I lay down at night I get this annoying tingling(electris shock feeling) arond my spine in the lower/middle of my back.

olive oil. I know it sounds weird, but I use olive oil...regular cooking olive oil and have it massaged into my back and my legs. Works pretty well with the night time blues.

Hi, I know you posted your question a year ago but I only joined up a about 10 days ago. I too get tingling in the same area as you (I don't know of anyone else, so I'm glad to have stumbled across your post). I've recently discovered in Jan of this year that I'm intolerant to all gluten based foods and yeast too and anything that has a yeast link, like dried fruit, mushrooms and yogurt. My body now always lets me know when I've unwittingly eaten a hidden nasty! Hope this helps you, I'd be interested if you do have the same problem as me

I've had that in my back as well as other places. Sometimes it feels like all my skin is like that. Through trial and error i found my anxiety need helps with this.

I have that tingling sensation but it's up on my left shoulder blade and back area I get in my face too
