I have learned since I was a kid having RLS, there is nothing to rid of it, only to relieve the symptoms for awhile. I have taken tramadol, which actually works well. Gabapentin which worked for awhile too, and other sedatives to relieve symptoms as to sleep better... even good old tylonal PM and other PM over the counters that just put me to sleep so I can rest from the legs... but it is good to talk to your doctor sweetie about this, there is no cure, but there are things you can do like a heating pad, copper socks, and essential oils to relieve the pain or restlessness

@A MyFibroTeam Member I also take Tramadol for pain as needed, especially at night. I have found myself needing to take it more often for pain lately.

Oh, my DR just prescribed my tramadol and I'm to take it as needed for pain. I hope it works, but I'm only going to take it on bad days and flare days.
