Horrible symptoms! Use spray on Magnesium Oil. In Australia the brand Amazing Oils is really good. It does help!

I have restless legs and cramps. I drink tonic water every day and it helps.

I do and over the counter medication can help or I take Ropinirole and it works wonders for me but I do still get breakthrough restlessness
