Make lists. Write down everything...people's names, phone numbers, plans you make, groceries, errands, chores. Find a system that will help you remember if you took your pills or not. Whatever you know you tend to forget. Keep a pen and paper with you. Stick a calendar on your fridge or front door...so you will see it several times a day. Try to come up with fun ways to say things when you forget certain words. It makes it more fun. I find it helps to say out loud where I am putting something, so I will remember it better. It also tricks my brain into stopping to think...does this item really go here?

I have a calendar book that I write in anything needed for that day or the next day. My house hold knows this book remains on the table or counter. Because I may forget overnight, or next week.

Writing things down is very helpful. However, there's nothing "fun" about having Fibromyalgia...

I have been reading recently that choline extracted from cholesterol helps brain fog. Choline is mostly found in eggs and dairy products. All of the diets and statin drugs to combat cholesterol have put our brains in jeopardy for memory, concentration, and brain fog. They are finding that an alarming number of persons in the 30's and 40's are showing signs of the aforementioned symptoms, while in the past these were only symptoms of persons in their 70s and 80s. The cholesterol-lowering drugs, although good for the heart, at the same time has gotten rid of our choline. However, the one drawback according to one researcher is that just any choline has a bad component and you must get the one wherein the bad component has been extracted. {That may just be their way of selling their product.} One company that I have read about on the internet is giving a free 60-day sample of choline. I understand I can't give the name of the company. I am beginning to believe this since I have read several sources which are stating the same. I have not bought or ordered any yet until I investigate further. Do not take my word for it. Investigate this on your own. I do not want to lead someone down the wrong path. Does anyone else have information about choline?
