Anyone Ever Get Tremors?
Every once in a while my entire body just shakes mildly. I've been tested for A lot of stuff that could cause the tremors. I am just wondering if I am the only one.
I have had the internal shakes which I also experience as a weakness and need to sit down. I have had a tremor in my hand when reaching out usually when my arm is bad this was checked no indication of nerve trapping. ?
I finally got a diagnosis to my seizure like episodes, it's called Functional Movement Disorder. You can find information about it at www.neurosymptoms.org
My hands shake when the pain is bad. Like I'm scared or drank to much coffee :) I've actually had strangers ask me why I am trembling. I have to explain that it is the fibro.
I know this is an old thread, but I am grateful to have found it. People were telling me that tremor was not a feature of fibromyalgia. But I see from the responses here that sometimes it is. I sometimes have a severe tremor in my right hand. As others have mentioned, it happens most often when I am having a bad fibro spell with fatigue and weakness. Sometimes I have the feeling of shaking inside that another post mentions. I can sometimes control the tremor, but it takes a lot of concentration. I do not always have it and some chiropractic treatments seemed to help. (Not I have too much pain to receive chiro treatments.) When I have the tremor, the muscles in my neck, shoulder, and back become very sore.
I was diagnosed with Essential Tremors. It tremors in the hands, (even head and neck) . And.....it comes from there being something wrong with the Central Nervous System.
