went to doctor today and he wrote me a prescription for lidacane (sp) patches, so going to try those on my back which hurts me the most. i wanted to try fentenal (sp) patches but he didnt want me to be on such a strong narcotic.

I find the capsicum patches the most helpful sometimes the icy hot menthol patches wear off half way through the night. My doctor gave me rx lincain patches but they sucked.
