Dry Sinus

I always wake up with a stuffy nose. I end up use nasal spray. And i can feeling feel relief.

Glad u asked that as I've been waking up with a dry nose lately. I didn't think it was anything to do with the fibro. I will be trying some of the things suggested on this.

You should be using saline spray. You nasal tissue can get used to the regular nasal spray like Afrin, and you become addicted to them. I also had some luck with Flonase, which reduces the inflammation.

Benadryl will only dry u out more. Saline spray or using a netty pot should give better relief. Also try sitting a container with water in a safe corner to try and keep moisture in the room.

Yeah i take benadryl at night. Im thinking its causing my sinuses to swell and i would lay on one side and that side of my nose to began dry and feels like its stuffy in the room. Saline nasal spray and that does helps alot.
