Tinnitus (ears Ringing)
Fibro brings lots of attachments and tinnitus is one of them. Some days I hear it very loud.
Do you have tinnitus? And do you use anything to make better????
I also have tinnitis. Having worked for ear docs I have learned there is nothing that can be done for it. I leave a fan running at night which helps drown out the sound.
For those of you who asked about Tinnitus!! I was a support group leader for the American Tinnitus Assoc for 13 years and we heard all kinds of stories. Although I didn't have anyone come to me with that question, I'd say that it certainly is possible to have Tinnitus along with Fibro. Although Tinnitus is supposed to come from the damage of the tiny hairs in the inner ear, I heard stories of all kinds and, to my knowledge, there is no cure for it. I've had it myself for over 30 years and it's very bothersome at times and other times, the noise around me will mask it out. That's about it in a nutshell!!!!
Ringing in the ears is a pain I find if you take one finger and pull your ear lob in and hold it it goes away.
I get it too, but loud noise and music, tend to bother me. And also when a lot of people are talking at the same time.
Yes I have ringing in my ears. They are ringing while I'm sitting here doing this and watching tv. Sometimes it reminds me of cicadas making noise on a summer night. Only its in my eats and it won't stop. And it drives me crazy. We sleep with a pedastal fan on all year long to drown out outside noises but it doesn't help with the ear noise because it's in my head!!!!
Does Anyone Have Ringing In Your Ears? It's Been Really Bad Lately. I Need Some Relief. Any Ideas?
I Keep Getting A Ringing In My Ears But Forget To Ask The Dr About This. Could This Be Related To The Fibro?
Anyone Else Get Brief Ear Aches Or Brief Ear Ringing?
