Bruising

A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Good evening fibromyalgia warriors, my question today is about bruising. I've noticed that I've been bruising quite easily. I do not even remember hitting myself on anything and I have a big bruise on my left arm. Today I noticed three little bruises on my right forearm. They look bad. I have never bruised easily before. So I really dont know what is going on? ? If anyone has the same or similar symptom please let NH e know what you are doing for it?? Any suggestions will help. ..

I also have this bruise problem, but I take a daily aspirin 350. I am sure it's due to that. Do you take a blood thinner or have a family history of this? Also I don't know how old you are but when we get older we will bruise easier.

I too bruise easily and was told that it's simply all of the drugs I take have thinned my blood and it's not clotting as fast so every little knock even in our sleep will result in a bruise Tyson would be proud of :)
At one stage I had 24 bruises on my legs alone .... Not impressed but it was my own fault I fidget in my sleep and I was from knocking into my husband ...
Check on the drugs you take which ones are doing it and you can counteract it with vitamin tablets I have :) xx (it was that or sleep without my husband and I can't do that either) xxx good luck Angels
