I get my nights and days mixed up because when I am fatigued I rest no matter what time of day, AND yes I have slept that much many times. You ask is it normal? I am not a Doctor but for people who suffer with Fibro I think sleeping a lot is normal. Sometimes it is an escape from excruciating pain and it is a way for me to block out my Fibro. I feel it is something your body is telling you to do when we get so fatigued. I have been told it mimics Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

If I din't have to care for anyone, heck I would sleep the entire day, yes I don't know if its part of fibro, but im gessing it is... since its tied up with chronic fatigue. I have slept thru the entire day, until my grnadkids come home from school. blessings to you and Happy Holidays!!!
