A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭
Coventry, UK

Hello fellow fibro family, I have been struggling with cramping in my legs. One muscle will cramp, it so painful for about a minute then yet another muscle cramp up so much that I am completely unable to move or stretch it out. Its goes on like that all day. Then seem to just get it in my feet and yet again cant stretch it out and screaming in pain yet again.
I can't described how painful it is. Sigh any ideas of any thing to help.? Ty all

Have you been checked for Sjogrens Syndrome? Has a lot of those characteristics. Mine is secondary to RA.
