I think I found another helpful product from the health food store, a vitamin supplement. So far it's slowed down and my hairs a lot thicker, the ridges in my nails are smoothing out and my skin has improved, which is cool for my age. X

My meds cause hail loss..methotrexate is the worst! My hairdresser told me the best products to stop it from happening is that at the health food stores. I havent checked on this, but I intend to. Try not to use a brush when hair is wet...combs won't pull hair out. Use a detangler, it's gentler on the hair too.
Lots of luck Jan!

I have thyroid disease and like Fibro it unfortunately causes thinning or hair loss. It's under "Fibromyalgia-sucky symptoms". Ok, so it doesn't read that way, but it should lol!
