Can anyone tell me if slow release tramadol is any better than the standard tramadol?

The slow release ones just mean that you are very limited as to how many you can take and when because you do not know how much is still going around your system at any one time, the immediate ones however once taken and time allotted has gone then you know roughly where you are to be able to take more if needed x
But for the life of me I can't see why you'd want to open a capsule or who mentioned opening one anyway???
Good luck honey and take from someone who has used both the upfront ones are better xx

Course the downside to the slow release ones are that if for any reason you forget or at unable to take one (fog or stayed away and run out) then when the effects stop and you do take another the pain doesn't go away again as instantly and takes he's for another routine to develop .... Never have been a fan of the slow release ones much more of an upfront person .. In all things either work there and then or don't :( there are patches for long term stuff
