Pretty much the same here...
Chest pain, and in ribs.
Joint pain/stiffness
Muscle pain/tightness
Neck pain
Tender to the touch
Fatigue
Fibro fog (memory and focus issues)
Numbness and tingling
Nerve pain
Depression
ringing in the ears
can't sleep many times without help
Once in awhile I get the restless legs also.
I also have diabetes which don't help anything. Never to sure if the fog is from blood sugars dropping or rising or the fibro, I guess that would also apply to the nerve pain.
I miss the good life....

Running out of meds is very scary. Hope you got them!

I have to take muscle relaxers to sleep also, mostly for my jaws. I'm out of them until I can pick up tomorrow. I'm up hurting tonight...
