I have been plagued by nosebleeds all my life. It seems I have extremely dry nasal passages. My ear nose and throat specialist told me to use Simply Saline spray regularly to hydrate my nasal passages and to us a bit of vasoline in each nostril at bedtime so that when I breath at night I am getting some moisture too. A lot of the medicine causes dryness in eyes, ears and nose but I've had the problem before I started the medicines so wonder if it isn't one of the symptoms of Fibro.

I'd get your iron levels and blood pressure checked. Hope it's getting better.

I've had nose bleeds all my life. Don't think it has anything to do with FM. I think it's because the tissues in my nose are so dry and the nasal sprays that I take for my sinuses dry them out even more. The ones I had when I was a child were because I was low on iron. Had to take iron supplement most all my life.
