every time i get a flare up i allways know its coming as my sinuses get blocked .at first i thought it was a coincidence but it happens almost every time my husband first noticed it.i have thought it could be something to do with the blood vessels in my nose being affected by the ftbro as it affects every other part of my body.?

Perhaps it's the area of sensitivity to the increase inflammation going through your body before you get a flare.

No my symptoms are absolutely no energy, flue like symptoms, pain everywhere. Your sinus problems is probably causing you to go into flareup... Do you have an allergy?

My fingertips burn when I'm washing my hands right before & during a flare. Wonder about other people's symptoms.
