Cymbalta made me feel more lethargic. For me it didn't reduce the pain. So far Savella has worked well for me. Only my rheumatologist told me it was ok to be on Savella and Zoloft at the same time and I ended up in the emergency room with serotonin syndrome. Be sure to wean off one SSRI before starting another.

No doubt. Struggle to go to sleep at night then struggle to stay awake all day. Ugh

What works for me is Cymbalta 30mg. once per day and vitamin B12. IDK how you are sleeping. That has a lot to do with it too.
