I have tried this brand and also Do-terra. I have diffused, add them to the bath, apply them to the skin, even under the tongue and veggie cap. Not much benefit for fibro. Nice to add to baths and to diffuse before going to bed. Great to add to your face regimen and other benefits. My favorites so far Frankincense, Lavender, Orange, Digize, Peace and Calming, Stress Away and Valour.

I have used essential oil by Youngevity which is for pain - it is combined oils - it was less expensive than Youngliving and Do-terra, however, I did not get relief for the FM - applied to bottom of feet and under nose - I do like the aroma-therapy part and as @A MyFibroTeam Member said they have other health benefits and like @DonZuckerman said it is nice in tub and defusing.

I use too... won't help fibro but Frankincense will keep you healthy daily and the rest is nice in tub and defusing
