I've seen a lot of aches and pains posts lately, including my own and wanted to share with you a couple of over the counter things to try that those of you new to this may not know yet.

I have recently found lavender epsom salts and soak in that when it gets really bad. I recently purchased so bath salts on Maui and two of them are for inflammation so I am anxious to try them too.

Im going to try it this morning, bought a 3k box off amazon and going to try a couple of scoops with a few drops of lavender 100% essential oil. I will report back. Over! Xx thanks for all the tips

Magnesium won't bother your hair. 8n fact, it may feel conditioned more significant ce many store bought salts have oils added. No worries. Safe for dyed hair too.

I hope all the new mg folks are enjoying the effects. Fyi, most products say 2 cups to a bath. I have found that a. It much. 1 cup seems plenty imo and less costly.
