A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭
Vancouver, BC

Hi everyone, I am planning a trip to the UK and on doing research have found a place in London that sells cannabinoids. Low to 0 THC . One of their many products is called Charlottes Web . The Website was ukcbd, com. It is leagal and listed as a supplement There are so many products to choose from so was wondering if anyone can shed any light or offer any advice if they have tried it and did it help ? Thanks in advance . From Karen 🍁

I have used cannabis in the US for years legally and it works wonders for pain, tension, anxiety. If you want pain relief/body, nerve calming properties, you want to get an indica strain.

There are two main types of cannabis available, indica and sativa strains. Sativa will give you more of a mental effect and indica more of a body effect. There are many hybrids that blend the two and are highly effective, but for pain you want indica or an indica-dominant strain. If you're not into smoking I highly recommend edibles. Just remember they can be very potent and to only ingest a small amount and wait. It takes a while to kick in, like an hour or more.

Just noticed that you're from Vancouver. You should be able to easily source it there. My daughter buys it in Victoria, but it's not as strong as what I purchase online.
