There are yoga apps you can download to you phone or tablet.

Start with simple starter yoga. I went to a class where we did various stretching yoga poses, which worked well for me. So if you can take each pose stretch it out. When I tried a regular yoga class I could not keep up and the pain was worse. Don't expect to do all of the different poses at once. If you can tolerate one or two poses then do that and change it up every day.
What I find best to ease pain and reach further in my stretch is to take a deep breath and hold it, then slowly blow out of your mouth as you go into the stretch.
Also if you do some relaxation exercises such as visualization, that will really help.
Hope you can find something that will help you reduce your pain

Start yoga with Adrienne on you tube. She has a great pay site, Find What feels Good. Love her.
