Swollen Lymph Nodes In Neck For Months

Bowen Technique/Therapy can help with Lymph drainage. It really helped me. I had the lymph glands in one side of my neck swell up. It felt like a golf ball in my neck when I was first diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. With hindsight, it appears I may have had both FM and Chronic Fatigue at the same time. Any how Bowen "massage" helped both the FM & the lymph drainage. Over the years I have had a variety of people carry out the Bowen technique on me and I still find Bowen helps me a lot.Good luck. (PS> Did you try the videos suggested by Blueeyes and if so, did they help?)
Have you had any luck finding any answers? I have a swollen node in my neck that feels hard but movable & non painful and according to scan is 7mm although it feels a lot bigger, at least an inch I'd say! Any how they are not concerned, however I still am and now feel aches at the side of armpits and sometimes other areas of my body. I am continuing to pursue.
