Lignocaine Infusion

A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Hi all.. I'm due to have the Lignocain infusion this coming weekend and am wondering if anyone here has tried it? I'm told that it helps a large number of fibro sufferers yet some get no relief at all. I'm a little scared to be honest but will do just about anything right now to have some pain free days...

Hello, Elreye,
I just recently started infusions for relief of both rheumatology and fibromyalgia. Now I only have the injections every three months. Infusion of chemotherapy into my veins, I'm not sure what else is included. It seems to provide some relief in my knees but the neck and shoulders are another matter. The chronic fatigue is another matter. I pray that the infusion helps with the pain.
