I haven't tried it. But, I have had success with blending my own creams and add in certain essential oils for intense potency. I am starting my own business filling customized orders of my blended creams. I have discovered they help a lot with my restless legs, leg cramps, and hypoglycemia induced neuropathy a lot. The neuropathy pain is reduced more with my homemade Essential Oil creams than when I use lidocaine ointment. It is important to blend in many organic moisturizers when the potency level increases to prevent skin irritation.

I have used the LidoDerm patches, and they do seem to help. If I need it on my back I will use a whole patch, but when it is my shoulders or a smaller area that I need covered I cut the patch in half which will still work.
