Well done Mary I have never had to diet in my life as I was always between a size8 10 stopped smoking and been a size twelve for a good few years but now I'm going into a fourteen it just seems to have come on me very quickly which is making me wonder if it's the duloxetene causing it xx

Yes ; I can remember the day my belly blew up it was 10th September 1991 and it has never gone down since. I was then 37 years old and have always been a petite lady; it has caused me much distress over the years. Just one of my many many symptoms of Fibro , ME and interstitial cystitis etc........ x

Gabapatine also causes weight gain . I didn't realize that deloxotine also causes weight gain. Hmm... I need to research this. I have gone from a size 8 to a size 28 // size 3x. Never been heavy like this in my life .

I take 90mgs at night.
No problems with weight gain.
Some weight loss initially.
Helps me sleep for a couple of hours.
I get very thirsty with it
