Has Anyone Visited Dr Chris Jenner At The Fibro Clinic On Harley Street?
I have come across this pain specialist who seems to be getting very good results with his fibro patients. He is VERY expensive, but the NHS have literally swept me under the carpet now, don't get any help and noone seems to care either. They don't understand therefore they do nothing. I was just wondering if any of you lovely lot have had treatment with him??
I have just moved to Leeds and joined a new surgery. They seemed to be more aware of fibromyalgia than my GPs in London. Maybe consider a new GP surgery before paying out.
Hope you find a way to get better treatment.
Hi again, I meant to add they (Guys hosp) hold a specialist Fibromyalgia clinic there, all UK GPs are eligible to make a referral. My doctor didn't have any knowledge of it so I printed out the referral form and pushed for it. The initial consultation was great, very comforting, very supportive. Completely different attitude to a GP. Here is the link in case you haven't seen it in my notes before

Hi, I haven't been to him, however I am waiting for my date regarding pain clinic at the Guys and St Thomas hosp in London. It through NHS funding, and includes a residential course. Let me know if you'd like the details, 🌸
@A MyFibroTeam Member I moved to Doncaster just over two years ago and my new surgery have done more for me in that time than thirty years at my previous. Xx
Sounds interesting, if you have an apt with this consultant I would be very interested to hear how you got on. 😊👍
