I'm like that often I've labeled it hot flush bc it feels like hot lava flushing through me yet they are cold to touch. I'm always in a sweat.

I have issues with feeling like I am burning different places and I also have ice cold feeth...I don't know if you warm your feeth up with artificial heat..like me with my electric blacket..or put your feeth on the central heating system..you get what they call Winter feeth or hands...But the suddenly hot flashes feeling Is no stranger to me I have it every day..you are not alone...I don't move a lot I think my blood doesn't surculate like it should...I hope this will make you feel at least not alone! I get really cold legs that I can't seem to get warm then suddenly they get very hot, uncomfortably so, it's as if I have no thermostat so it goes from one extreme to another in virtually 2 minutes

I get all over hot flashes from the inside, it gets so bad that I have excessive sweating. It happens throughout the day. I haven't had it in just my legs, although I have pain through both my legs from the knee down to my feet.

Hi i get hot legs its as if the blood is rushing hot if that makes sense sometimes its like gushing down my leg when i stand up also x
