That is part of Fibromyalgia. I have a list of the various things that can happen. anxiety, brain fog, depression, dry eyes, dry mouth, ear ringing, fatigue, headache, impaired memory, irritable bladder, joint pain, muscle pain, restless legs, skin rashes, sleeplessness, vision issues, widespread pain and weight gain. It's part and parcel of the fibro I'm afraid. With or without medication fog can strike. I once had such a "foggy moment" I turned into the wrong drive in the wrong road and wondered where my house had gone! Needless to say I did find the right house eventually. I can laugh now but it was scary then. I never hide foggy moments and my colleagues have learned that it is all part of me being me.
