I have been taking these medications for a long time but recently ran out so was off of them for around 1 week. I've renewed my prescription and started taking them again today. I agree you need to see your doc asap. And I use topical Benedryl gel, or take Benedryl pills by mouth. Call your docs office. Best of luck.

I started having itching problems last Spring. I'm fine unless I get warm. As soon as I start feeling warm, I start itching so I know what you're going through. I take Banophen25mg-1 every 6 hours as needed for itching, Citirizine 10mg-1 per day, Diphenhydramine 50mg-1 at night, Hydroxyzine 25mg-1 every 6 hours as needed for itching. The one that works the best is the Citirizine. It usually starts working in about 30 minutes. I'm sorry for this long answer but I hope it helps.

I agree with Lana. Go see your doctor. You are having an allergic reaction. The only way to know what the cause is to see your doctor who can help you figure it out. I have had itching problems and I take Benadryl. Hope this helps. Good luck.

Has either your doc or pharmacist carefully gone over your drugs with you? See you doc asap. And, check each drug and combined effects. Read patient reviews.
