I went on a meat and vegitable diet and found out that my fibro pain was was not as bad as usual. Then I slowly start adding other foods back into my diet and discovered that corn, food with high grams of sugar and caffeine would cause my fibro to flare. I am continuing to add differents foods to my diet and learning what can cause my fibro flares.

I agree that Chinese food, processed foods, red meat, high sodium foods, caffeine and dairy all cause fibro flares for me. I also try to stick with fresh fruits and vegetables and chicken, turkey and salmon for protein.
