Anyone's Legs Hurt All The Time, But No Pain Above Waist?

A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Anyone's legs hurt all the time, but no pain above waist?

I know that the typical fibro trigger points are located mostly above waist, but all MY pain is in both my legs (pain/burning/cramping/stabbing) and my hands ache too.
My doctor and neuro are stumped and are suggesting fibromyalgia I think because they don't know what else is causing my pain.

Does anyone suffer pain ONLY below waist...thank you.

As far as I remember, the first body aches I noticed were the legs. On my bad days, I usually have a widespread pain but legs are always the most painful areas, and sometimes hands, like you. Especially lower legs, ankles and feet feel terrible. And the pattern is usually very painful in the mornings, better during the day, then painful again in the night. Sometimes a short walk helps, sometimes it doesn't.

@A MyFibroTeam Member oh yes mostly my legs ! but when it gets in my wrist and elbows oh my goodness they just move by them selves like i have M S or something ! it is bad enough in my legs but then my back hips and shoulders almost always hurt ,! I use to thank the morphine did not really help but was i wrong ! Thank the LORD i have 15 mg's fast acting and 60 mg's long lasting ,plus muscle relaxer's , and nerve pills ! but i am so use to them i never get high from them so i can carry on as i am by myself and expected to help my mom ,sister and brother ! and they are expected to do nothing for me , and i am the baby ! and yes that's when my legs hurt the most is night ! i use to cry when the night would come because i never knew if i would sleep or cry from my legs ! but i take to different kinds of sleeping pills along with the other med's so now i am able to sleep ! PRAISE BE TO GOD ! prayers love and pain free days michele
