HAs anyone tried colon cleanse using maple syrup distilled waters lemon or lime juice for 5 days no eating laxitives to get bowels cleaned completely then changed diet have Freind swears by it also another one in book cure arthritis naturally thank u

Colon cleanses of any type are not healthy. Eating a low sugar diet veggies and taking a pre/probiotic works best. Maple Syrup! What next.

It's a fad cleanse. Doing that to your body is not a good idea.
I recommend good ole fiber if you feel like your inside need cleansing and probiotics maybe even some digestive enzymes.
But if you are dead set do your research on differing opinions of the cleanse and what experts say.

I tried a 'cleanse' a few years back n day 2 I felt like crap n not in a good way. U don't need cleanses unless u think yr body isn't doing its job. Do u poop n pee? If yes then yr body is doing its job. Only do under medical advice if u do want to do this but otherwise steer clear
