Has Anyone Ever Had Their Adrenal Gland Checked For An Imbalance By A Naturopath?

I had my Adrenal Gland (part of the pituitary glands) and mine was fried! I'm wondering if there may be a correlation with Adrenal Gland function and Fibro?

I had a hormone test (saliva sample) to check my cortisol levels and they were very high. My naturopath put me on a supplement to break down the cortisol and regulate my adrenals. It was tied in with my massive issues sleeping, which turned out to be low melatonin, resulting from low serotonin, and the high cortisol was making it even worse. So I'm taking a powder with l-tryptophan (amino acid), and other serotonin precursors. It's working well all round, I feel and function so much better. There's a long way to go yet, but this hurdle had proven insurmountable by every doctor I saw with all their meds. Going back to my naturopath was the best decision I've made in years.

Seems to be. I was told once that if you burn out your adrenals completely then most of the bodies processes are affected in a negative way, and the adrenals can't be fixed!

I asked internist to check my adrenal gland's but I don't think they're working properly, their overworked. I've done a lot of research and quizzes and they are not doing well. I told my doctor some of my symptoms , and his comment was well then I guess their working, if I'm experiencing those symptoms. I have thought supplements for adrenal problems and they do work well for me. 🍫❤️B
