Hi..I always carry a packet of aloe vera wipes with me. I find them cooling if I can't cool down and I also have a fan by my bed which is timer controlled so it's brilliant when I go to bed.

I have a ceiling fan which is on all night long. I also use magicool and take cooler showers. Cool drinks, freezer full of ice, ice pops. And if all else fails I'm moving into the freezer x

Stick my feet in the kiddy pool and my girls rub my legs!

@A MyFibroTeam Member keeping cool is one of the hardest for me also. I close the blinds as soon as the sun starts to shine through them. I stay hydrated and if I get too hot I take a cool shower and I do not leave the house unless I absolutely have too.

The cold affects me more than heat.. but I will feel chilly, put a jumper on but next minute I have to take it off as I get too hot.
I stay hydrated like others have mentioned. If I'm uncomfortably hot I wear as little as possible, as little as I can get away with anyway!!!!!! Lol, I have invested in some really light clothing that doesn't cling.
