I was wondering if anybody else up for some dry mouth from your medications and what you use for if that works

After taking various medicines that cause dry mouth, over the years I have found that plain water or water with lemon helps the most. I always have a water bottle with me. Sometimes I will even fill one part-way, put it in the freezer overnight, and fill it the bottle in the morning. For me, the colder the better.

I agree, water is best. It also gets you to drink enough water for the day. I also chew gum when drinking water is not available, but then go back to water as soon as I can get to some.
