The key for daith for pain relief is have it pierced with either a ball capture ring (bcr) or segment ring NOT a heart ring which is "fashionable"

N gently rock the ring with your index finger once it has healed as it works on a accupressure point

It's called a daith piercing and normally only used to treat migraines. It's been 90% effective and mostly kept them from happening.

Got daith and tragus done, not had migraines for 2 years!! I wouldn't say it's had any impact on my Fibromyalgia.
