Hi BeckyJohnson, Yes, sometimes I feel my muscles contracting and I have muscle spasms and I'll twitch and jerk my legs. When my legs get heavy, I've learned its chronic fatigue. I describe it as someone filling my legs up with lead and walking through water with cement on my feet. I know my pain has a mind of its own and does crazy stuff to my body. I hope I was of some help to you.

Yes I get this too, especially at night - normally worse after standing on my feet a lot, like on a work day!

I also get bad swelling in legs and feet. But definitely know the heaviness you mention.

I am vitamin D deficient .. I take vit D every day. This sensation was not cramp though.. but really hard to describe...
