I have painful skin all over slightest touch is like fire and being electrocuted
hubby at first was unbeliever and tried to be tender with me when we have sex but I would scream out in agony
we go months and months now without sex but it is the holding and cuddling that I miss the most
when we do manage it ..I am more like a prostitute just do it ... I don't enjoy it anymore but my husband doesn't force me and he 2 has needs
but most of all we can laugh Abt times we got caught in hotel rooms on holiday ships and laugh Abt it. xxx sex isn't everything
but we love one another and he looks after me I couldn't ask for more xxxx

@A MyFibroTeam Member i have very tender skin i bought an extremely soft yhrow. When my skin hurts i lay on it and cover myself with it. It is very soothing. I go fight to sleep. Also i have a mint/rosemary zhampoo. If my skin starts to burn i shower and use the shampoo on my skin. Ending it with a cool shower, as cool as i can. I spend a long gime cooling dosn i lift my breast up and cool underneath them unroll my skin is cool to the touch. Sure helps.

yes, have had painful breasts for many years, that is why when I had my children, I would not consider breast feeding. The ribs underneath are always painful, and I keep having swollen milk ducts.
