Yes, me too. Light, noise and other sensory issues are part of fibro. It stinks. Gentle hugs.

Yes, & if I do try & talk, my brain muddles the words & my eyes don't focus properly. This is when I am having a bad day & I am fatigued.

I work all week talking with people from all walks of life. I am constantly thinking about helping others get the appt with a doctor they need. So, it's a lot of changing mental and verbal gears and it wears me out at the end of every day.
By the time I get home I don't talk at all, I live alone so it's easy for me to remain silent. 🌼

When I was living alone it was easier to just stop talking, but now that I'm taking care of my Mom, I don't have that luxory anymore so I have to do the best I can to rest when I can, then do the things I can. She is very understanding.

No doubt that Fibro robs us of sleep, among all other things.

I saw a Sleep Specialist and now use a CPAP machine. I sleep throughout the night.
My Best,
